ORDERS

Orders are accepted by email. Our prices include personalization on a minimum order of 50 Kippot. A set-up charge of $40.00 will be added to orders less than 100 units. No changes will be accepted once order is completed. Once production on your order has begun, changes or cancellations may incur additional charges.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp. 
 

SAMPLES
 Pictures of your order will gladly be shown before launching productions on our end.

MATERIALS

Kippot are custom made. They may vary in size, shape, color, thickness and/or texture. Different monitors may display colors differently from the colors shown. Some patterns might not line up once they are sewn. By placing an order, you agree that fabric, dye lot color, textures, thickness, may vary from what is displayed on your screen. 

DELIVERY TIME:
 Our order delivery time is generally 3-4 weeks, with rush orders available. An Expedite Option is available for an additional $40. An expedite order takes ~10 days after approval has been given. DNA KIPPAS will not be responsible for any carrier delays in the delivery of goods.

PRICING POLICY

DNA KIPPAS reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing and/or description. If it's necessary to revise a price or description, you will be notified before your order is fulfilled. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Cancellation of order will result in payment of full invoice. 100% of total invoice will be charged at time of placing order.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. All sales are final, no exchanges or refunds shall be made once order is placed.

PAYMENTS

100% of the total invoice will be charged at time of placing an order. 

SECURITY

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
